Ingredients

chicken breast cubed (nugget sized)

Salt

t Red Pepper

t Dry Mustard

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Baking Powder

C AP Flour

C Corn Meal
Directions
In a deep
pot, heat oil on high. When your oil reaches 350 degrees, lower the heat to
medium. Clean chicken and cut into nugget size pieces. Season chicken with salt,
red pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder in a
bowl. Add an egg and mix well. In a plastic bag, combine flour and corn meal. Add
chicken pieces and coat well. To hot oil, add chicken in small batches, cooking chicken about five minutes per side. When all chicken is cooked let drain on a bed of
paper towels.
While our
chicken nuggets are draining their excess oil, let’s whip up some dipping
sauce. For this recipe, I prepared a delicious honey mustard dressing.

Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
¼ C
Dijon Mustard

T Honey
2 T
Brown Sugar
¼ t
Garlic Powder
¼ t
Onion Powder
Dash
Red Pepper
Directions
Combine all
ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer Honey Mustard dipping sauce into a
serving bowl and enjoy!
